LAKEFRONT COTTAGE RENTAL

Open seasonally from May thru October, we are located on Long
Lake on the beautiful Chain of Lakes. We have 100 feet of
lakefront property which consists of a sandy beach with a
swimming raft as well as a large grassy area to relax or just
sunbathe. There is great fishing right from our dock. We also
have another pier that will accommodate your boat or you can
rent one from the marina on the next lake.
Our charming
cottage has a full kitchen with microwave and a separate dining
area which you can enjoy the splendid view of the lake while
eating dinner. We have 2 bedrooms, one which has a queen bed
the other with a twin and bunk beds. Both rooms have ceiling
fans. The living area has 2 sofas which will comfortably sleep
2 more people and a TV with satellite along with a DVD player
and DVR.
Our sunroom also gives you another room in which you
can relax as well as a great view of the lake. You do however
need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Pillows and
blankets are provided.
There are plenty
of golf courses nearby or if you are up for some adventure you
can take the famous Crystal River Trip. Our cottage will give
you the perfect vacation spot on the Chain.
Weber grill,
full kitchen, microwave, ceiling fans, fireplace, swimming
raft, picnic table, patio set and umbrella, satellite TV,
DVD, DVR.
RENTAL FEES
$900/week plus
5% tax $150 non-refundable deposit
Cancellation
policy: We will refund deposit if cottage is able to be
rented.
Nightly
rentals if available $130 plus $ 30 cleaning fee.
NO CLEANING
FEE ON WEEKLY RENTALS - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
