While your home is being constructed in a climate-controlled construction facility, the staff at Heritage Homes can take care of the site preparations. These can include permits, excavating and backfilling, foundation work, and all other items necessary to be prepared for the house set. Then the Heritage Homes site crew takes care of setting your new home on its foundation. With help from the crane, this is easily accomplished in a few hours. When the crane is no longer necessary, we send it on its way. Then our site crew proceeds with making your new home weather tight. Depending on amount of on site-work, such as garages, porches and decks, your new home can be finished in a matter of weeks.
Here the first module of a two-story home is about to be set.
The second module is almost in place. Our site crew is careful that it is set exactly in line with the first module.
Here we are about to set the third module. Stratford Homes are built under strict quality control standards. Therefore the modules match up precisely.
When the last module is set we begin to make the house weathertight.
