The History of Heritage Homes, Inc

In 1992 Heritage Homes, Inc. was partnered with Alpine Homes, Inc., a General Contracting Construction Company of site-built homes. Alpine Homes, Inc. was established in 1979 by Mark Pfundtner, the President at Heritage Homes, Inc.

 

Today at Heritage Homes we believe design flexibility is important to our customers. We custom design Stratford modular homes and Amwood panelized homes.  Using modular and panelized technology allows for more control over the completion dates and final cost compared to the same type of homes that were previously site-built. Heritage Homes, Inc. is both an "Energy Star" and "Green" Builder.

Thrives to make every customer’s home building experience both educational and enjoyable. Don loves the challenge of all phases of the "Custom Home" building process. He works and communicates very closely with all his customers in the following areas:

• The design process of the home
• The "actual" construction phase of the house
• The scheduling of Sub-Contractors and Vendors
• The completion of the home and the walk-thru
• The communication process after move-in

Don loves putting his many years of building experience to work for his customers. Outside of building homes, Don loves camping, hiking, and spending time with his family and his dog "Shasta."
 

 

"Over"30 years of experience in Home Building! Ensures that all scheduling is on time and Quality is top priority. Bachelors Degree in construction management, UW-Stout 1975. Started as a carpenter’s helper.  Loves his family, travel, football, basketball, and old cars.
